제1조(개인정보의 처리목적) '본회'는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 개인정보 보호법 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

1. 교육 신청 및 조회- 필수항목 : 성명, 이메일, 휴대폰번호, 소속기관명, 송금인명 - 서비스 이용 과정이나 서비스 제공 업무 처리 과정에서 다음과 같은 정보들이 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다. (서비스 이용기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키, 접속 IP 정보)
2. 개인정보 수집방법 - 다음과 같은 방법으로 개인정보를 수집합니다. (온라인접수)

제2조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간) '본회'는 원칙적으로, 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 '본회'는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 회원정보를 보관합니다.

1. 보존 항목 : 성명, 생년월일, 이메일, 휴대폰번호, 소속기관명, 송금인명
2. 보존 근거 : '본회'내부방침
3. 보존 기간 : '본회'내부방침다만 수집목적 또는 제공받은 , 목적이 달성된 경우에도 상법 등 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요성이 있는 경우에는 귀하의 개인정보를 보유할 수 있습니다.- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록 : 3년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)- 신용정보의 수집/처리 및 이용 등에 관한 기록 : 3년 (신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률)- 본인 확인에 관한 기록 : 6개월 (정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률)- 방문에 관한 기록 : 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

제3조 (개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적)

'본회'는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다.
1. 워크숍 접수 및 조회, 수료증 조회워크숍 접수 및 조회, 수료증 조회 이용에 따른 본인확인, 개인 식별, 불량회원의 부정 이용 방지와 비인가 사용 방지, 연령확인, 불만처리 등 민원처리, 고지사항 전달, 기록 유지

제4조 (개인정보의 파기절차 및 그 방법) '본회'는 『개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적』이 달성된 후에는 즉시 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

1. 파기절차이용자가 회원가입 등을 위해 입력한 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 파기방법에 의하여 즉시 파기합니다.
2. 파기방법전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다. 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 동의철회 및 회원탈퇴 방법) 귀하는 워크숍접수, 사전등록 시 개인정보의 수집ㆍ이용 및 제공에 대해 동의하신 내용을 언제든지 철회하실 수 있습니다. 개인정보관리책임자로 서면, 전화 또는 Fax 등으로 연락하시면 지체 없이 귀하의 개인정보를 파기하는 등 필요한 조치를 하겠습니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 안정성 확보 조치) '본회'는 「개인정보보호법」 제29조(안전조치의무)에 따라 다음과 같이 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적/관리적 및 물리적 조치를 하고 있습니다.

1. 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 워크숍개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하고 담당자에 한정시켜 최소화 하여 개인정보를 관리하는 대책을 시행하고 있습니다.
2. 내부관리계획의 수립 및 시행개인정보의 안전한 처리를 위하여 내부관리계획을 수립하고 시행하고 있습니다.
3. 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여, 변경, 말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.
4. 접속기록의 보관개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 6개월 이상 보관·관리하고 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 암호화이용자의 개인정보 중 비밀번호는 암호화 되어 저장 및 관리되고 있습니다. 또한 중요한 데이터는 저장 및 전송 시 암호화하여 사용하는 등의 별도 보안기능을 사용하고 있습니다.
6. 비인가자에 대한 출입 통제개인정보를 보관하고 있는 물리적 보관 장소를 별도로 두고 이에 대해 출입통제 절차를 수립, 운영하고 있습니다.

제7조 (개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치, 운영 및 그 거부에 관한 사항) '본회'는 귀하의 정보를 수시로 저장하고 찾아내는 '쿠키(cookie)'를 운용합니다. 쿠키란 '본회'의 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 귀하의 브라우저에 보내는 아주 작은 텍스트 파일로서 귀하의 컴퓨터하드디스크에 저장됩니다. '본회'는 다음과 같은 목적을 위해 쿠키를 사용합 니다. 귀하는 쿠키 설치에 대한 선택권을 가지고 있습니다. 따라서, 귀하는 웹 브라우저에서 옵션 을 설정함으로써 모든 쿠키를 허용하거나, 쿠키가 저장될 때마다 확인을 거치거나, 아니면 모든 쿠키의 저장을 거부할 수도 있습니다. 회원님께서 쿠키 설치를 거부하셨을 경우 일부 서비스 제공에 어려움이 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Association processes personal information for the following purposes. The collected information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, the Association will take necessary measures, such as obtaining additional consent, in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

For education registration and inquiry

• Required items: Name, Email, Mobile phone number, Affiliation, Name of remitter
• Automatically collected information during service use: Service usage records, access logs, cookies, IP address information

Method of Collection

• Personal information is collected through online application forms.

Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

In principle, the Association destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, the Association retains such information for the periods prescribed below.

1. Retention items: Name, Date of birth, Email, Mobile phone number, Affiliation, Name of remitter
2. Retention basis: Association’s internal policy
3. Retention period: As defined by internal policy

Notwithstanding the above, personal information may be retained if required by law, such as:

• Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records on collection, processing, and use of credit information: 3 years (Use and Protection of Credit Information Act)
• Records on identity verification: 6 months (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection)
• Records on website visits: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The Association uses collected personal information for the following purposes:

1. Workshop registration, verification of identity, prevention of unauthorized use, age verification, complaint handling, notice delivery, and record management related to participation and issuance of certificates.

Article 4 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)

After the purpose of collection and use is fulfilled, the Association destroys the information immediately.

1. Destruction procedure: Information entered by users for membership or workshop registration will be deleted immediately after the purpose is achieved.
2. Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic files will be deleted using a technical method that prevents recovery, and printed materials will be shredded or incinerated.
   o Electronic files are deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery.
   o Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Article 5 (Withdrawal of Consent and Membership Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw their consent for collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time.

To do so, please contact the Personal Information Protection Manager in writing, by phone, or by fax, and your personal data will be deleted without delay.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure Security of Personal Information)

The Association implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure data security, in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Minimization of personnel handling personal information - Access is restricted to authorized staff only.
2. Establishment of internal management plan - A plan for secure processing of personal information is implemented.
3. Access control - Access rights to databases are managed, and external intrusions are blocked using firewall systems.
4. Retention of access logs - Records of system access are retained for at least six months.
5. Encryption of personal information - Passwords and important data are encrypted for storage and transmission.
6. Physical access control - Personal information storage areas are protected by access control procedures.

Article 7 (Automatic Collection of Personal Information and Refusal)

The Association uses cookies, which are small text files sent from the server to the user’s browser, to improve user experience. Users can choose whether to allow cookies by adjusting their web browser settings. However, rejecting cookies may limit certain service functions.
